How this works
Because there are no accounts and no verification step, both sides tend to have the same first question. Here's the plain explanation.
Is this legitimate?
Yes. There are no accounts, and listings go live immediately after submission. Recruiters can report a listing that looks wrong from its detail page, and we review and remove listings manually as needed.
Do I need an account to search or post?
No. There are no logins anywhere on the public site, for recruiters or laborers.
Will my phone number be public?
Yes — that's the point. It's shown on your individual listing page so recruiters can call you directly. It's not shown in the search results list, only on your own listing page, and you confirm you consent to that when you submit.
Is it free?
Yes, for both posting and searching. No paywalls.
Why is there no messaging or bidding?
This is a directory, not a job board. You find someone, you call them directly, you work out the details yourselves.
I made a mistake on my listing. How do I fix it?
Listings can't be edited. Report your own listing from its detail page — an admin will take it down — then submit a new post with the correct info.
My city isn't listed. What now?
We launch narrow and add metros deliberately. Use the "request your city" option and it becomes a signal for where we expand next.
Do listings expire?
No, they're permanent by default. Roughly every six months we text you a one-tap confirmation; if we don't hear back within 30 days, the listing is archived (hidden, not deleted) so recruiters don't reach a dead number.
