What we collect
When you submit a listing, we collect your first name, last initial, phone number, city and state, trade(s), rate, years of experience, and optional certifications. All of this — except your full last name, which we never ask for — is shown publicly as soon as your listing goes live.
No accounts, minimal tracking
There are no accounts anywhere on this site, for laborers or recruiters. We don't build recruiter profiles or track searches beyond standard, aggregate server logs used to keep the site running.
How we use your phone number
Your phone number is published on your listing so recruiters can call you directly. We also text it twice: once as confirmation when your listing goes live, and again roughly every six months to confirm you're still active.
How long we keep it
Listings are permanent by default and can't be edited or deleted by you directly. If something's wrong, report the listing and an admin will remove it — you're then free to submit a corrected post. We may also remove a listing at our discretion.
